Peec calls itself "AI search analytics for marketing teams", and its site has separate tracks for brands and agencies. Its plans are aimed at SEO and content managers, SEO teams and marketing teams running several projects.

- **It goes past measurement.** Peec shows sentiment and position, suggests prompts and offers action recommendations such as building review profiles.
- **It plugs into reporting.** CSV exports, an API, a Looker Studio connector and an MCP server at `api.peec.ai/mcp`.

If you run AI visibility for several brands, report to a marketing team or need data while nobody is at a computer, Peec is a strong choice.

## What AEOmeter does differently

1. **Answers from your own signed-in accounts.** The AEOmeter Chrome extension types each prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google in background tabs of your Chrome, signed in as you. It turns on each app's private mode where it can, waits for the answer to finish and saves the answer with its sources. Other tools also read answers from the consumer apps. - **It is in beta.** The extension, "AEOmeter BETA", is unlisted while Chrome Web Store review is pending. AI apps change their pages, and our adapters for each one are experimental. When a page changes, a check can fail until we update the adapter.
- **Built for a few brands.** You track your own brand and its competitors. There are no agency features: no client workspaces, white-label reports or alerts.
- **Fewer metrics.** You get mention rate, owned citation rate and tracked share of voice. There is no sentiment score, ranking position or search-volume estimate.
- **Logins and CAPTCHAs pause checks.** If an AI app asks you to sign in or verify, the check pauses with a red "!" badge until you deal with it. AEOmeter never bypasses a CAPTCHA.
