## What to write about

**Help with a check**: Tell us the brand, the engine and roughly when the check ran. If the extension shows a red "!" badge, say what the popup says. The [troubleshooting guide](https://aeometer.com/help/troubleshooting) covers the common pauses and failures.

**Bug reports**: Describe what you expected and what happened instead, plus your Chrome version and the extension version from the popup. A screenshot of the answer page helps when an answer looks wrong.

**Billing and plans**: Questions about plans, invoices or cancelling. You can also manage your subscription yourself under Organization settings, Billing. See [pricing](https://aeometer.com/pricing) for what each plan includes.

**Privacy and data deletion**: Ask for a copy of your data or for your account and its data to be deleted. The [privacy policy](https://aeometer.com/privacy) explains what we store.

**Security**: If you find a vulnerability, email the details privately before sharing them anywhere else, with steps to reproduce.
