The fastest way to reach AEOmeter is email: [email protected]. It goes straight to Andrei Canta, who builds and runs AEOmeter, so there is no ticket queue or sales team in between.
What to write about
- Help with a check
- Tell us the brand, the engine and roughly when the check ran. If the extension shows a red "!" badge, say what the popup says. The troubleshooting guide covers the common pauses and failures.
- Bug reports
- Describe what you expected and what happened instead, plus your Chrome version and the extension version from the popup. A screenshot of the answer page helps when an answer looks wrong.
- Billing and plans
- Questions about plans, invoices or cancelling. You can also manage your subscription yourself under Organization settings, Billing. See pricing for what each plan includes.
- Privacy and data deletion
- Ask for a copy of your data or for your account and its data to be deleted. The privacy policy explains what we store.
- Security
- If you find a vulnerability, email the details privately before sharing them anywhere else, with steps to reproduce.
- API, MCP and integrations
- Questions about connecting an assistant or a script. Start with the API and MCP developer guide.
